The podcast is also recorded for Youtube and is actually a pretty extensive setup.
In this behind the scenes video of RAWtalk Jared shows just what it takes to create the show. He's incredibly detailed in explaining exactly how they film the show and what gear they use. I think it's pretty awesome of Jared to give us a little insight and some tips to how to film a great show like RAWtalk.

Similar to how Jared hates Ken Rockwell for his success? lol, you Fro fans are oblivious and dumb.
It's sad to say, but the photography community is filled with so many negative, I know it all kind of people. It's a shame that it has to be like this, and I'm glad my friends take no interest in photography. With the way the community is, I'm surprised it's lasted this long.
Wow. This is just terrible negativity here. Let's understand a few things first. 1. Jared Polin and his videos/branding are for NEW photographers. While most people who visit this sight are out of this stage (or maybe in it, which is ok), it isn't fair to be harsh to criticize his work for it being "dumb" . While he doesn't "know" flash photography, he has a good understanding of it and brought in a pro in flash to guide the way. While this isn't the ideal way to handle this sort of product, it shows that Jared is wanting to educate his viewers, Same thing for this video guide (which will be something I may purchase), he is trying to educate the masses (which, if one hasn't realized yet, know hardly anything videography). The man has a good heart and intentions designed for a different market. So to compare apples to oranges isn't fair in this case.
IMHO, I do listen to RAW talk every now and then. It's alright and I like it simply because I enjoy Jared and the crew. Does his videos help? Yes, in some ways such as his critiques.
