I think the railing is distracting, shooting just the bridge would have been a better composition picture IMO. Still a cool shot with the lightning though.
I can't agree. I personally think that the upper left corner of the railing frames the main part of the image nicely - the eye is immediately drawn into the bridge and the storm.
