Bagan is a trove of treasures with its over 2000 temples scattered around. We spent five days exploring on our rented electric (and silent) motorbike, and yet we left wanting to play Indiana Jones a bit longer. The afternoon light created incredible golden tones - a blank canvas waiting for a skillful capture. In this photo, we took advantage of the light illuminating an archway in one of our favorite temples that is over 1000 years old. Note the crumbling paintings on the archway in the foreground and behind the Buddha.
