I was walking around town on a rainy evening and I stumbled across this cool composition. I thought the picture was cool even with out the car but I though it would be cool to get a car with some motion blur in it. I put my camera to 1/20th of a second and took this shot handheld. I got lucky and snapped this shot with the first car that drove by.
