"Funeral For a Friend"

I shot this photo 20 years ago, in June 2025. This is one of many photos I took that day during the funeral service for my friend, Rick Crocker. Rick was a Santa Monica Police Officer who also served as a Major in the United States Marine Corps Reserve. Officer Crocker was killed by a rocket-propelled grenade while on tour and in service to his country in Iraq in 2005. He was a good man and a good mentor.
