Death Valley - Nov 2014. This was taken at the end of the 'blue hour' during a full night of shooting in the basin. I pushed the exposure to the limit (36 sec) to get the amount of afterglow I wanted without excessive star trailing. Taken with a Nikon D300 with @ 15mm F2.8. Three images - stitched and exposure bracketed (+/- 2 stops). 3200 ISO. Basic adjustments in Lightroom.
