Aguas Calientes, Perù - 2023
After 4 days of trekking through the Peruan forest at 3400 meters above sea level, and crossing the "Sungate" with an incredible view on Macchu Picchu itself, you find yourself sleeping in a remote pueblo just under the Inca ruins. It's called Aguas Calientes and it is also the arrival point of the railway (if you prefer the easy way lol). To see how people live in perfect harmony with nature in such a remote place was truly magical!
