Nikon D810, 105mm 2.5 AI-S

A hike near Pemberton, BC early in the morning with a forest fire raging off in the distance leading to a light haze covering the mountains, pond and walkway.

I had gotten my first camera (nikon f80) a few months prior and this was my first time trying digital.

No AI or photoshop. Light editing to bring out the oranges/reds.
