This shot was taken on the South Island of New Zealand, en route from the Northern Alps to Queenstown. We were lucky enough to catch some dramatic light, so we pulled over to capture it. Honestly, I messed up the shot—I had been shooting a timelapse earlier and forgot to switch my camera back to RAW, so this is a HiRez JPG. As a result, I wasn’t able to edit it as much as I would have liked, but I still think it turned out pretty killer.
