This was taken from an observation deck in Boston called 'View Boston'. I was thinking this would make a good tilt-shift effect to create a miniature look, but I don't own a tilt-shift lens. The next best option was to try to achieve the effect in Photoshop. This is a resubmission, with a new crop and increased exposure. Perhaps I should get an actual lens to try out. :)
