At the break of day in the Henderson Bird Viewing Preserve, a family of geese stood huddled close—mother, father, and four fuzzy goslings—bathed in the gentle warmth of the early sun. The soft morning light, just an hour past sunrise, wrapped around them like a quiet promise of safety and new beginnings.

Captured around 7 a.m. with a Canon R6 Mark II and the RF 200-800mm lens at 455mm. Shot at f/8, 1/2000 sec, ISO 1250 to preserve the delicate stillness of the moment while holding onto every fine detail.
