10-Second Selfie: The Movie

The original black and white photo is a 10 second selfie. It took a few attempts as those are prescription sunglasses and a single source light in a dark room. I needed to sit and pose and commit the pose to muscle memory. Once the shutter was released I had 10 seconds to put on the hat glasses and assume the pose.

The good thing about being the Model is I know what the Photographer was looking for.

The background is from our local movie theater advertising the movie "Maurice."

In Photoshop it required two additional texture layers along with blending the two photographs.

I think that the majority of those voting low on this image are unaware of how it was architected.

A quick glance doesn't tell the story. This is more like a novella.
