This is one of a pair of Scarlet Macaws that are on exhibit at the Santa Barbara Zoo, they usually sit perched near the entrance. Kids and adults enjoy seeing these very vibrant colored parrots!

Bit close dont you think?
Perhaps....but I hardly cropped this image, 0.37" off bottom and 0.56" off the right side, yielding a 12" x 18" image. My intent was to fill the frame with the headshot.
