Fashion Designer Tearsheet

One of my main clients is a company that designs sewing patterns for people to show fashions at home. All fashions are originally cut from patterns. My client creates fashions patterns and instructions for home sewers. They have teamed up with high fashion designers in the past and currently are working with designer Cynthia Rowley to create patterns from some of her designs. Over the summer I shot this line of fashions for my client which carries her name. They had an existing look established from past seasons that I had to maintain. This shoot was at my studio using only white seamless and soft lighting. We tried to give the experienced agency model freedom to move more like an editorial than a catalog. I was pleased to see that my client produced a small editorial section within their catalog space to highlight some of the new looks for the season. As usual, these images were captured with the Nikon D810 and 85mm Zeiss Otus combination that I rely on in the studio.
