I had a feeling about this image so I pulled up an overlay of a Golden Ratio/Fibonacci Spiral to see how this image compared. I was surprised at how much of the image falls on the important lines and points on the composition. I normally just use the Rule Of Thirds guide in Photoshop cropping although I'm not a slave to it.
Even thought this image is sort of a quiet natural light couple portrait, it has a lot going on that keeps the eye in the image composition. It was an interesting exercise.
The shoot was a promo portrait of a couple of internet performers who asked me to do this casual shoot at my daylight studio.
