Mistbound Majesty

That morning, we weren’t expecting the weather to be on our side. We feared the sun would break through and ruin our chances for good photography — but to our surprise, the clouds lingered over Glen Brittle for hours.

With Bidean Druim nan Ramh towering above us, cloaked in mist and clouds, we began following the edge of the River Brittle. There are countless waterfalls, pools, and corners waiting to be explored along this route.

Perhaps this spot is one of the most photographed and iconic in the area, but it’s easy to understand why.
