You are absolutely right. You have taken most of us to this unusual place, thank you. I have seen some great photos of this and I thoroughly enjoy your capture as much as any other. The long shadows are great, the child is great, the figure in the distance gives us scale- great! I like the clear blue sky- to me giving a starkness to the landscape along with these unusual (for us) trees. I think this is highly underrated in this contest.
