Every morning before dawn in Bagan, Myanmar one can see hot-air balloons lighting up in the distance, and as the sun breaches the horizon they slowly rise one by one. I spent five days in Bagan, and every morning we woke up to watch the beautiful event. Though access to the tops of many temples has been restricted, some are still open (if one is creative). After a couple days of searching I found this particular composition, and everything seemed to line up to create this dreamy image.
