I like this, I like the idea of this. I like that it was done in black and white. But somehow you didn't quite pull it off. No doubt this is a tough one to get a great photo out of. I admire your try. I think the brightness of the roof at the upper left and the brightness of the rocks at lower left center hurts the photo. Cropping out the roof (and the photog with camera to his face) would help. Also by doing that the line of people becomes more evident. Burn in the rock in the foreground slightly (as it looks like you did at frame right). The depth of field is slightly too short- I would liked to have seen the third person in focus too. Picky picky picky aren't I?! I would not have gone to this much of a critique if I didn't like the photo. This was probably a quick grab shot so I understand the difficulty (I've missed many similar to this myself).
