When New York Times photographer/videographer David Frank got assigned to shoot a story about window cleaner Brent Weingard, he knew he will have to find a way to make it stand out. Make it interesting. He decided that if he wants to get the best shots, he will have to be outside with the window cleaner and shoot him from unique angles, hanging 100 foot above the ground.
