We took a flare into an ice cave in Alaska to create some strong color differences. With the temperature hovering around 15 for a week there were some great stalactites hanging from the glacier ice. It was quite slick inside, but we ended up with some great shots, plus we learned all sorts of lessons about shooting pictures with flares.
