I gave your image 3 stars. With a small few adjustments I would have given it 4 stars.

I would remove the two blue spills of light on the right side of her more or less b/w scarf. I would probably give her eyes just a tad of more blue, to fit the scene.

Her right arm looks slightly too large. Make it darker and less blue to remove it from focus.

The focus of the image is slightly off. Try making some micro adjustments to of your autofocus, if not perfect that is.

The lips seems flaky and her hat got some "hairs". These are both easy to adjust/remove.
