Unfortunately, I couldn't find the original and the quality is very bad. I am submitting this for some good feedback and I still think its a nice composition.

Seems like you really spent time choosing the model, location, wardrobe, hair, makeup, etc. to create a cohesive, professional, final photograph...
Yeah, unfortunately as Alexander's comment alludes, I don't think the photo fits this week's theme at all.
But for general feedback, I'll try a few things: (a) I actually like 'color-splash' shots more than most, but in this case the flag colors for me are just to bright & low-quality, so the final product seems sort of 'cheap'; (b) the right-most flag is distracting (easy crop fix).
