This photo recently won Petzl's #belaybetter competition. I spent time working with the belayer to coordinate their outfit and rope positioning. The goal was to showcase the companies gear (gloves, belay device and harness).
I took this shot while laying on my back at the feet of the belayer.
Thank you for adding the context on the shot and purpose. For me, understanding what you were going for, it's very clear how you achieved that and I can really see why the sponsor company would love it. Nicely executed and carefully crafted. 👏
