This is a very beautiful small lake in Northern Colorado, almost in Wyoming. I was there one very early late fall morning. It brings back very refreshing memories, especially right now because it's 100 degrees outside, hot - even for New Mexico. The grasses to the right were covered in rime ice and so when I walked through them to get to this spot on the lake shore my Wranglers were soaked from the waist down... very cold, and my boots were saturated with water. Still it was worth it, and sitting in the heated cab of my truck warmed me up pretty quickly. I used a Toyo 45A camera fitted with a 150mm Sinaron lens, and #21 filter. Camera was on a carbon fiber tripod with a Velbon Magnesium 3 way head, I used Kodak T-Max 100 film, processed in my home darkroom and scanned on an Epson V750 scanner.
