This is a quick composite I made because every time I have had a free night in the past few months it has been cloudy so I have been unable to practice my night sky photography. This shot is not something that would be possible because the Milky Way never actually would align this high in the sky over Horseshoe Bend. Alas, I felt like being creative so a composite was my only option here.

Believe it or not the Milky Way in this photo was shot in Charleston , South Carolina despite the skies out west being much darker. Anyway, stay creative everyone!

Fantastic!
Where in Charleston? I just got a new low light lens and am itching to use it.

Thanks man! This was on the southern end of Folly.
