Many years ago, my friend gifted to me my very first "proper" DSLR camera, Sony A100 and while learning how this "sophisticated" device works I took it on a family vacation. And I was taking pictures of everything I can spot what would seems interesting to me but honestly mostly it was crap. Frustrated I was practically lost any hope to take any decent shots. And once, on a way to the beach my daughter saw something between cactuses and told me: Look daddy, a little dragon! And I slowly getting closer while changing prime lens to Minolta zoom beercan aimed the camera to this creature. And as soon as I took a snap the lizard ran away. When I came back to the hotel and check the photos I was surprised to see that I managed to take more or less sharp picture at 1/15 sec with ISO100. And I really, really like it. :)
Gear: Sony A100, Minolta AF Zoom 70-210mm f/4 lens
