I'm an analog photographer and cinephile. This was shot on my Leica M6 using a 7artisans 50mm f/1.1 lens and Tri-X 400. I reached out to this model because I really liked his aesthetic. After learning about him I wanted to capture a cinematic and artistic moment in black and white with lovely bokeh. I missed focus but I think it adds a nice vintage charm to the image. The model told me that I'm the only photographer who's actually sat down with him to get to know him before shooting. Ever since then I try to do the same with any model I shoot.
