Nikon D810, Irix 150mm macro lens. The tip of the stamen (?) is less than an inch from the petals, so focus was quite critical to ensure the tips were sharp while the rest of the flower was out of focus but still recognizable. I have a homemade light (18 x18" ceiling panel) which I made a stand for to be able to place it vertically, which I used in this case.
