I love serious moody portraits and wanted this one to be about her eyes and the blue color of the sky and ocean.. Shot with nikon z8 and Nikkor z 85mm f/1.2 s wide open. This image was taken on the beach around sunset. My plan was to use off camera flash but when I arrived I realized I had left the trigger home and shot natural light instead. I was going for a surreal dreamy/moody look.
