I took this flower photo from my garden a couple years ago. It was natural light taken close to sunset. I stacked three pics to get the front petals in focus and moved focus back to the pollen center. I used a Sony A7R3 with a Canon EF adapter and attached the Zeiss Milvus 100mm F2.0 Makro. Shot at F2.8 1/100 shutter with ISO 8000
