This is a special Rum from Madeira used to prepare a local fruit drink named “Poncha.” The rum itself has a unique character, and the old plastic bottle also adds its own charm with its vintage look. I used it as a subject to experiment with some analog bokeh techniques. I placed some thin black bands over the lens and some glasses on the side to create a bokeh character with fine lines and a touch of crunch in the background, giving it personality.

I used the Nikon Z8 with a 50mm F1.8 lens and a few lights in the background and foreground to create this old atmosphere.
