21-year old Courtney Mageau, a 3rd generation drag racer, granddaughter of Western Canada drag racing pioneer, Bob Mageau. She started racing when she was only 13 years old.

During her time in the Top ET division, she achieved notable success at her home track in Edmonton, including winning the ET bracket eliminator at the 2010 IHRA Rocky Mountain Nationals.

Courtney invited me in September 2012 to join her and her team in the pit area and track-side. Here she is sitting in the cockpit of her long rail dragster, named Girl Trouble.
