A hidden gem but still well known in Iceland - also one of the biggest waterfalls there - the Háifoss. With the water rushing down a 122 m cliff it is a sheer breathtaking experience seeing this waterfall. During our hike to the bottom we could already see the stormclouds to the west and had to move quickly. Soon after I took this image my cousin and me ran back up, but still stopped many times to enjoy the view - only once and for a very short time we had sunlight, but this didn't matter to us that day, what mattered was the experience.
really nice Corin
thanks so much!
