Last week, I visited Praia de Campelo again, and although I already shared a photo from that session, I couldn’t resist posting this one as well.
Just before the sun dipped below the horizon, I came across these half-buried rocks in the sand, resembling a serpent slithering beneath the surface. It immediately caught my attention as a compelling foreground element, so I set up my gear and framed the composition. Once satisfied with the framing, I waited patiently for the perfect wave—one that would retreat in just the right way, leaving behind delicate, silky textures on the sand.
In the background, a few faint clouds lingered above the cliffs, adding a subtle touch to the scene as the last light of the day faded.
