Earlier this week, I set out to explore some nearby waterfalls while testing my new Brightin Star 16mm F2.8 lens, which I’ve just added to my kit. The Fervenza de Narahío is a spot I’ve visited countless times, yet it always offers something new—a fresh composition, a different perspective, a new way to experience its beauty.
As I wandered around, I came across these exposed roots, intertwining like ancient veins of the forest. The way the soft morning light filtered through the mist, blending with the fine spray from the waterfall, created an ethereal atmosphere. It was the perfect setting to test the lens’s sharpness in close-up details. I was pleasantly surprised by its performance, capturing every texture and nuance with incredible clarity.
Excited to keep pushing this lens to its limits and see what else it can reveal!
