Yesterday, I made a quick escape to Virxe do Porto, a place that never ceases to amaze me along the Valdoviño coast. My goal was to keep testing my new Brightin Star 16mm lens, but also to experience this landscape under a different light.
The tide was lower than I had hoped, forcing me to adapt. But in that adaptation, I found something special— a tide pool left behind as the sea retreated, a fleeting remnant of the ocean’s last breath. The sky was painted in soft pastels, while the jagged rocks carved intricate paths leading toward the iconic rock formation where the hermitage stands.
Even with only a few clouds, the sky delivered a final spectacle as the sun dipped below the horizon.
