The last thing I was thinking I'll shoot while I was on a walk in the Smokies, on a cold November day. There was even some snow melting, and I brought the camera to try to catch the waterfall which was at the end of the hike. Those shots were a bit disappointing, but then on the way back, at the parking lot, I see this scene. At that moment I was even lucky to get some light in the background, which was scarce in a forest all day. I took several shots handheld at 1/30s, ISO100 (I don't know why I didn't just use higher ISO), F4, Sony A7r3, Sony 24-105mm@105mm.

Beautiful colours and fabulous composition. This has some beautiful bokeh and is well brought together. Happy accidents with going out for waterfalls, being disappointed and then spotting this AT the parking lot! Nice! 4!
Thanks, Bred! I really love accidents like that, it's always so exciting to stumble upon interesting things!
