I like the thought behind this shot. But the interacting between the red apples and the green background along with the fact the green background intersects your subject, I find distracting with so many elements. If you had managed to potentially get a little higher and more of that green into the background, reducing that split line of the ground I think it would have made this stronger. But, as is, with the line bringing my eye out of the photo, I think this needs a little work for it.
