Shaw Lake, Sunrise, San Juan National Forest

This place almost always tells me more secrets about itself to me. I have been going to it for years, although it is a six hour drive each way to get there, and with gasoline at almost $3.00 per gallon I go there less than I'd like to. But it's like have a girlfriend, or wife, the longer you are around them the more you learn. And they hardly ever tell you everything right away. There is always that mystery, and that's what keeps you coming back. Canon 6D camera, Canon 18-40L lens. BTW, the conversion to black and white was done using Photoshop only.
