The McDonnell Douglas CF-18 Hornet is a Royal Canadian Air Force variant of the American McDonnell Douglas F/A-18 Hornet fighter aircraft. This is the 2-seater variant.
Standing at the east end of the Abbotsford Airport (YXX) the day before the airshow I was able to capture a few aircraft doing a fly by and then landing.
This aircraft is from 410 Tactical Fighter Operational Training Squadron at the Canadian Forces Base Cold Lake in northeastern Alberta.
