Blue Beach Island – Sunrise

Blue Beach Island is one of the most beautiful and interesting locations I have visited for landscape photography in Sri Lanka.

The challenge here is not only finding the right composition, but reaching the location at the right time. For sunrise photography, timing is critical, and getting there before the first light can be quite difficult. Even finding the correct route to the location is not always easy.

But sometimes, the effort of reaching a place becomes part of the experience.

This photograph was captured during the early morning light, when the landscape was gradually coming alive with the first colors of sunrise. The combination of the island, surrounding water, and soft morning light created a unique atmosphere.

For me, landscape photography is often about more than the final frame it is also about the journey, the challenge, and being there at exactly the right moment.
