After a few days exploring the wild Cantabrian coast, I finally brought home one of the first images from this trip — a seascape I had dreamed of capturing for a long time.
This place is quite famous among photographers, yet every visit feels new. The biggest challenge here is organizing chaos — endless rocks, layers, and shapes that demand patience to bring into balance.
That evening, the tide was just right, and the sky came alive with movement and light. I found my composition through a group of foreground rocks leading the eye straight to the massive sea arch standing in the distance. The textures on the rocks mirrored those in the sky, creating a dialogue between earth and air — calm and storm.
It’s moments like this that remind me why I love seascape photography: the blend of unpredictability, rhythm, and quiet persistence that the ocean always teaches us.
Can’t wait to share more from this coastline — full of power, texture, and stories waiting in every wave.
