There were a family of Canadian Wild Geese walking down the road one spring afternoon, the older geese were leading these two little geese and stopped for a rest.

This photograph was taken from my trip to the South Steens Herd Management Area managed by the Bureau of Land Management in the Steens Mountain.

Trying open sunlight with no protective gear' using the 50mm f/1.8 lens in an open hay field in bright sunlight. I had the model wear dark colors to help with the contrast of the lighting.

Down on the water and there is always some type of action with birds...the Canadian Wild Geese always have that photogenic persona...they are actually fun to photograph.

I've been photographing different kinds of dancers and artists for a project of mine for 1,5 years now. These are from the 4th photo shoot (with a professional circus artist Pinja Seppälä).

Shot with AD200 in 36" Westcott Rapidbox as fill and another AD200 in a Westcott 24" Rapidbox as main with the puppy on a coffee table in the corner of a house with a neutral wall.

South Padre Island is a great place for birders. So much biodiversity in one location.
