I've experimented with "in the round" several times with mixed results. I decided I would give it another try with this clock in downtown Roxboro, North Carolina.
We had an ice storm last week and while the obvious choice would be to try landscapes with trees I decided to stay off the roads and shoot in my backyard.
I create these using the phrase, something like: "Old man writing a sonnet about hating AI created poetry". I used an AI Picture creator as well as an AI poetry creator.
Just to make others aware of this. The Adobe Phtography (monthly) plan (LR + PS) is set to increase significantly in January 2025.

Adobe recently added the ability to eliminate reflections in some existing raw files, including Nikon NEF files, through a technology preview.
After a nice little windfall buying and selling some camera equipment, I was able to purchase a full frame camera - again. A new FF sensor is better than an old APS-C!

Hello everyone, I am new here. I have a weird issue with my Z6III camera, I noticed it during a shoot at a musical event with lots of flashing lights/LEDs. I have flicker reduction turned on.

Whenever possible, I photograph people through the SUV windshield now that I can no longer do all (or practically none) of the driving.
I was out of town for a week and thought I'd try different things.
I thought I would have a hard time finding the comet in the St. Louis light pollution, which turned out to be wrong. So I drove a short distance along US Highway 44 West looking for a darker sky.
This is a photo from a job I did for a local architecture firm. I'm still waiting for them to choose which photos they want but, this is one I thought I'd use as part of my portfolio.
