I was standing where the biker is and saw the rectangle created by sun light between the bridge. I then had the idea to go up and wait for a Subject to walk by. I went up the bridge and ducked between the gap of bridge as to not be seen by police, and not get hit by a passing car. I waited for about 3 minutes before the biker rode by, I stood up and said "hey" the biker looked up and I took the shot!
