This was Difficult!

I shot this photo for a team of Ukrainian volunteers who are weaving camouflage nets, ghillie suits, sewing thermal blankets, and pillows, contributing to the victory of Ukraine as best they can. As one of the girls in their team is a professional model, we decided to organize a fashion-style photoshoot with one of ghillie suits they made for the Ukrainian army. Their aim is to attract attention to their work in a unique and perhaps slightly controversial way, in order to generate more donations for materials to make more ghillie suits and camouflage nets. We shot in August 2023, in those days it was very hot and even at night it was 32C, in a few hours of shooting the model was very dehydrated, she was really overheated in her ghillie suit, but she courageously continued to work. Also, in the middle of the shooting, a drone attack on the city began and we continued to shoot to the sounds of sirens and explosions in the port, from which we filmed only one kilometer away. But we didn't stop and brought the shooting to the end. And we still need your help for our fight against the aggressor.
