We had some storms here in North Carolina basically all weekend. They finally started to clear up after the 3rd day of rain.

use of contrast to lead you "inside: .. at least this was the objective to make a "boring" image interesting and 3D.
I hadn't looked much at my Athens photos - because I didn't take many fantastic photos there. But going through them, I noticed this "front porch" section of the photo of the museum. Voila!

I photographed this series of images using my GFX-100s + GF 45-100, GF 100-200mm lens two weeks ago.
UPDATE 5th May
This was the first time I had witnessed an architectural pattern like this one, and it was unbelievable. The pattern composition was so complete, the light shining through so softly.
